Country style decorating with cheerful bordered Red Burlap & Check Tier measures 72" x 24" from Park Designs. 1 1/2" header and 2" rod pocket, this tier fits a 3' - 4' window. Dry Clean recommended. Usually a valance tops the window, but sometimes a 24" tier is also hung on the top of the window without the tier on the bottom.
